Dreadful Weather

Last night a big thunder storm caused me to shut down computer and so did not quite finish blog. This morning the weather is truly dreadful. High winds and red dust, some muddy rain, covering most of New South Wales and up into Queensland I think. Sydney is having worst dust storm ever, some great photos over on flickr.

The windows are covered in mud, they will definitely need washing, will not be able to put it off, sigh, the whole house and absolutely everything is covered, and the worst thing is realising that this dust means the out west it is just drying up and blowing away.

Re last blog -

Yes anti 'ob, they do not make them like they used too. Was going to add that it would have been at least 40 years since our family used it, and Tom had to do a lot of work to get it running, but they made things fixable back them as well and it always fascinates me what you computery folk get up to in your spare time ;-). It also makes a most satisfactorily LOUD noise, like real machinery orta do.

In a few months I hope I will be able to take pics of all my produce, hmmmm.
